feature request: support setting flags enums

The TypeConverter for enums accepts a string of comma-separated names to support setting bit fields through XAML. The property editor in Snoop should allow this too, but currently this is impossible because we can't input custom text -- we only have a static combobox for selecting enum members.

edit: Turns out you can open another instance of Snoop to inspect the combobox in the first Snoop's property editor, and edit the EnumValueEditor's Value property to a comma-separated string. This surprisingly actually works, updating the enum value in the original app. Of course this is a completely impractical workaround, but too fun not to mention.

That is a very good point. I think this is a limitation for some people, and if time permits, we will work on this upon team approval. Would an option to allow the input of a string with comma separated enum values work?

Also, FYI we allow the community to submit features via GitHub, and the team reviews the code and merges it in.

Yes, just allowing free-form string input would be enough.
